Fantastic stay at Hotel La Jolla - Curio Collection by Hilton. While the property is a bit older, it has been fully updated, and we found it to be quite stylish and hip. CUSP restaurant on the 11th floor is well worth a visit any time of day or night - the food was delicious and every table offers an amazing view of the ocean. While the balcony for each of the rooms may seem a bit small, the ocean views with the perfect sunsets makes up for any cramped feelings you may experience. You can't beat the convenient location with close proximity to all the hot spots and attractions La Jolla has to offer. Just as important as the wonderful location and amazing views - the hotel staff is one of the friendliest and most attentive staffs that we have ever experienced at a property. We will definitely be back!

The room was nice, the staff was kind. However the bathroom smelled horrible, even after having them clean it twice it still smelled. The room was stuffy and the locks were broken. The nightstand had a a glass piece that sits on top of it and it moved, I hit my thigh so bad and got a bruise. My toddler also almost hit herself. It is dangerous to have there, it's a serious accident waiting to happen and cause a lawsuit. The location was nice and the scenery was beautiful from the balcony. Just need to touch up some repairs. They only had one elevator working.

Cool hotel within walking distance from La Jolla beach. Breakfast in the restaurant at the top floor was very good. Excellent service and the view to the sea is fantastic.
