Our time here in this home has been a good experience for us, location was nice, home was cozy, pretty much everything we needed was around us so thats a plus. If something needed fix, it was a fast reply from management. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home!

This was a very convenient and clean place to move into. My boyfriend and I have two dogs so our biggest thing was finding somewhere with a yard! The yard was the perfect size and on top of that, everything was furnished which was super nice. The location is great for where we work, go to school, and go to the gym as well as shopping areas/malls. I recommend this place for anyone with dogs or families!

Rented a furnished unit with LJPC for a travel contract for three months. The units are beautiful and literally furnished with everything. There wasn't a single thing that we needed to purchase ourselves to feel comfortable. Our property manager was responsive, never taking more than 24 hours to adress any issues. I also didn't have to fight for my full security deposit. Honest business run by honest people.

My husband and I had to find a place on short notice and we could not have been happier with our choice. Memo was very communicative, respectful and flexible with our lease terms since we were looking for a shorter stay. The apartment was clean and newly renovated with quality appliances. We had no issues throughout our stay aside from the shared washer which needed some maintenance, however this was getting addressed as we were moving out. I would highly recommend living here!
