Great classes that work very specific muscles in your body. There are muscles you didn't even know you had and they will be sore! The shop is also very cute, they have clothing, to skincare and plants. The classes size are typically small and can find a spot.

I love this barre studio and community! I normally do classpass for workouts but after trying this studio I bought a package directly! Class sizes are small and Erika and LeeAnn are amazing instructors!One thing so unique about this studio is Erika makes sure your form is correct so that you don't hurt yourself. After I mentioned I was having back issues to Erika after class, she spent some time with me to make sure my form was correct and I haven't had any issues since! So appreciative of Erika and the Barre and Bay Wreath community.  I hadn't taken barre classes previously and was very weak when I first started, but I always felt welcome. Love coming to classes here and can really see the difference in how strong I'm getting!! Can't wait for my next class!!

Another great event at the flower workshop with Erika and the crew!! This is the third event I have been to and it did not disappoint! Such a relaxed atmosphere and the dried flower arranging was so much fun and it was held at the glamorous Guild Hotel!!! Brought a friend with me and she's going to be taking classes!. I have been to other studios and hands down this is the best! Age appropriate classes and you feel so good when you are done. Erika and her staff are amazing instructors and I can't recommend this place highly enough!!!

I had so much fun at the flower arrangement workshop that Barre + bay wreath presented at the Guild Hotel. Erika's instruction was outstanding as she patiently assisted a newcomer like me how to cut, position, and construct a beautiful arrangement. I was quite pleased with my finished product! Also, I'm so looking forward to lessons at her studio.
