Mr. Jenkins is an honest and fair attorney. I my case he was very firm, fair and consistent and looked out for my best interest but more important the best interest of my son with his recommendation and detail he presented in my case. I wish I would have hired him at the beginning of my case however I'm blessed and honored he took my case and I continue to use him as my legal representation til the end. Erik Jenkins and April Hu did an excellent job of representing me in my child custody case. They were aggressive in their litigation with the petitioner and her counsel and made decisions that were in the best interests of my family and my child resulting in a 50/50 custody schedule. Previous judges and our mediator had made my path to extend visitation with my child very difficult and the representation I had had in the past was not the caliber that was necessary. Erik and April were able to navigate through the conflict and the result was increased time with my child. Everyone I interacted with in Eriks office responded promptly to my questions and my concerns.
