Dr. Peter Nordland

Dr. Nordland fixed my smile with a gum graft and I couldn't be happier with the results or his team. He is the best periodontist I have ever been to and give my highest recommendation.

Dr. Peter Nordland and his whole team were so professionally, warm and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. They took their time to explain to me all that my procedure(s) would entail and were very patience with all of my questions. Dr. Nordland's office continues to be there for me with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Nordland and his awesome team!

Dr Nordland is OVERPRICED for the services he provides. He didnt provide the treatment plan at the beginning for ALL the procedures. I was unaware of ALL treatments and costs. PRESSURED me into UNNECESSARY IV SEDATION for bone grafting and further implant procedures. Didnt offer alternative local anesthesia. Charged me about $130 fee for every following check ups or questions I had in his office. I spent already at his office about $15K only for teeth cleaning, check up visits and bone grafting. He doesnt care what is the best for a patient health, only what will benefit his pocket the most.

I was a patient of Dr. Nordland nearly ten years ago, but his standard of care really left an impression on me. After one of my failing dental implants (in an aesthetic area) was saved with a bone graft, I was left with severely receded gums in the area. Another periodontist told me that I would never be able to get papilla back and that my only option was to get a new crown for my implant that had pink on the upper corners to imitate gums/ papilla. I wasnt happy with that suggestion and after some research, thankfully I found Dr. nordland. Not only did Dr. Nordland perform a gum graft that gave me back normal looking gum and papilla (and looked amazing when I got my new crown), he taught me how to look after my teeth implants. I got my teeth implants when I was young (too young probably) and nobody ever took the time to teach me proper technique to look after them. So, nearly ten years later, my gums still look amazing, my implant is healthy, and I still use the techniques Dr. Nordland taught me. Him and his team are true professionals and I am so grateful to have received their care I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Addendum: I exceeded my word limit. I had my gingival graft surgery today. The process was perfect and painless.I am experiencing no adverse reactions or complications whatsoever. I have no swelling no bleeding, not one ounce of pain. I greatly appreciate how all of the postoperative instructions were explained to me carefully and compassionately right before my surgical procedure. Yes, of course I will miss popcorn for a bit but I am grateful for my maple yogurt. I simply love the stent and how it is protecting my palate. I kind of wish I could wear the stent permanently. It is very cool and keeps me mindful not to thrust the tongue. This is emphatically, most assuredly, the greatest surgery I have undergone in my life. I want to express my utmost gratitude to the beyond compare, exceptional and extremely affable Dr. Peter Nordland and his thoughtful, caring, considerate staff. Bless. Elina. I was told by three other periodontal doctors that lingual gingival grafting was not possible. Well, 6, 8, and 11 were just grafted by Dr. Peter Nordland last week. The results are miraculous. I am so astounded and grateful. Dr. Nordland can can do anything! Exceptional, sublime, and meticulous are not even adequate enough to rate my praise. Bless.
