I had the pleasure of working with Eric and Precision on a recent kitchen, bathroom, and flooring remodel and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and preferences. The entire team at Precision was skilled and efficient, completing the project on time and within budget. They were respectful of our home and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the process. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship is evident in every aspect of the remodel, from the custom cabinets to the beautiful tile work. Eric was always available to answer any questions we had and provided regular updates on the progress of the project. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the final outcome. Overall, working with Eric and Precision was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling team. They truly deserve five stars for their exceptional work and customer service.

There amazing company I had 3 other contractor company out there where the only one we sat down with me and took there time to go over the details and met with me many times until I made my decision. They have there own designers amazing company who they can put all there team together make your life easier and better making decisions on big kitchen project. Even though my bathroom did turn out beautiful (purely my husband & I design idea) They charged top dollar for mediocre work. Project took way longer then they anticipated and every step of the way they made unacceptable mistakes. The contractors ended up having to work backwards because of their own mistakes and still not satisfied. 30k for my job and check out the botched job they did on my drain ( which also doesn't drain properly and because the drain isnt level we cant remove the cover to clean underneath. The plumber they sent out had to wench it out so it sits as is & whoever put it in knew it wasnt correct but neither tony or alex or Rennen double checked to make sure everything was placed correctly. I did express these issues to Tony and he has failed to address. Not only that tony is super condescending! Who tells their clients I rather be fired then do the job correctly. The lack of professionalism on his alexs and Rennens part is undeniably disappointing. Rennen also has had many opportunities to correct these mistakes but only seems to care about remolding bigger projects and told my husband and I he doesnt have time for little bathroom projects like ours! Just goes to show the responsibility of ownership is not something he honors and his promises were never met with action! Save the headache and go with a more well rounded company one who isnt going to waste time & condescend their way through projects! Also, Company will Negotiate on a final price for remodel but first day on job will request more money for project with little to no explanation. Communication is key to remodeling and this is precisions most lacked quality!

Tony was a pleasure to deal with! He completed our kitchen and bathroom project in a couple of months, faster than the estimated time given! Very happy with how the kitchen and bathrooms turned out! Thanks Tony, and special shoutout to Natalie who helped with the design! Amazed at the speed with which this project was completed in the midst of a pandemic! Definitely recommend Tony and Precision Home Design and Remodeling!
