I can't say enough good about them. Unlike other IT companies that try to take advantage of their clients' ignorance, these guys really take the time to explain to you what's going on, and what can be done to prevent the issue from recurring. BitChip also takes cybersecurity very seriously, and it shows. They've told me things that no other IT company has bothered i informing me about. Especially in this day in age, hackers are everywhere and they want what you have. But at BitChip, you're in good hands.

Theyre very fast and efficient! My office was down 2 computers and when I called in they sent someone to inspect within an hour! The person who helped fixed the computers definitely knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me promptly, and was able to get one computer up and running in less than 30 minutes. He took the other one back to their office to fix and it was ready the next morning. Reasonable pricing and they made the experience fast and easy. I will definitely use them again in the future!
