William was GREAT!! My computer was not powering on. After troubleshooting, I assumed it just ran its course and was time to get a replacement. I contacted La Jolla Computer Repair for guidance. William arrived quickly. He picked up the computer and had it back to me in just a few hours. It is now faster than it was before. Great service!

I called on a Sunday morning to see about getting my MacBook Pro fixed. It was having lots of issues with passwords and the keyboard and I could not access my information. The gentleman who answered was very kind and helpful. He walked me through a few steps and had it fixed in five minutes! And he didnt charge me. I will definitely be giving him my business in the future.
