I met with one of the partners, and had a great conversation about my business in November of 2021. Then I followed-up multiple times with their company via phone and email, I received absolutely no response from December 2021 to February 2022. I genuinely do not understand how this large of a company has such poor customer service. What a waste of my time.

It seems that the "word" of one of the partners at this firm does not mean anything, in addition to that, I never get a reply to my numerous emails about the timing of when the documents and reviews are going to be completed even though we had paid several thousand dollars upfront. And this was way before the COVID-19 pandemic.

San Diego CPA has completely helped us manage the accounting part of our business. I recommend them to any new business that doesn’t have the time or the knowledge to handle all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping.
