Hi Patrick!I am sad to see this review based on your assumption of free services as opposed to the service that brought you to us which we understand was delivered on expectations. We have a results guarantee and yes, the detailers are human and might rarely have a miss but our process and results guarantee that final results are perfect by doing a go-around with the client as you were able to experience. I hope that your comments based on your insufficient review and comprehension of our policies doesn't hurt the ability for other San Diegans to find a high quality mobile detailing solution. The circumstances:Patrick had reached out to us after a surprise rain hit the forecast. The team checks the weekly forecast every single day so that we can reschedule and prep clients when needed. Unfortunately the forecast isn't always perfect and there are areas of San Diego that can experience surprise rain. While drive-through car washes may offer a free service, this service is professional mobile detailing and requires far more time and cost to deliver services. Having said that, the team circled back to offer Patrick greatly reduced-price exterior only option to better support his exact scenario. We were not able to get a response after offering this. We are offering this solution to all clients that might encounter surprise rain immediately after a detail in the future and that's only if we even ecounter a situation like this again since we are very proactive about checking weather and rescheduling with clients when needed. The conclusion:We are so grateful that Patrick reached out to us and was able to rush getting his mobile car detailing appointment on the day and time that was convenient for him. We did not make any claims that we offer free secondary services which are not industry standard in mobile car detailing. However we went above to offer a greatly reduced price option as the best fair solution. Clear, efficient, respectful communication with fair expecatations is key as we see every single client as a two-way partnership. Unfortunately, leaving this inaccurate negative review means we are not a good fit for each other and we are moving in a different direction.
