Truly bait and switch. They will tell you everything you need to hear to sign the contract including a payment schedule. But trust me they will demans payment before even before the next case has even been completed competed. Never get a product invoice. Sloppy work. No specs provided in your promised 3D plan which you would be lucky to weve see. And when a major error happens they will offer you a $1000 discount and you take it because you just want them out of your house and you cant even fathom restarting with them. Best part - they will take all the materials YOU paid for without even talking to you. They should be reported to BBB . Oh and those yelp reviews - most of them are from their own subs. We have done a lot of construction over the years and this was by far the WORST company we have ever worked with . Truly gut wrenching and disgusting and now we are left fixing all their errors.

We hired Precision Home Design & Remodeling to do a complete home remodel with a second story addition over a portion of the home. This included, but not limited to the addition of a 505 sqft master bedroom (w/ bath & walk-in closet), new windows throughout, all new split HVAC, new kitchen and floors, indoor laundry room, and the removal of first floor walls to open up the living area. Renen worked with his team to develop a plan that met our requirements while still well within our budget. He came through on this where many other companies could not. Damon was our Project Manager and was great throughout the project. His communication and oversight of all aspects of the remodel were instrumental in the completion on time and within the budget. With a 60 year old home there could be a lot of surprises once all the walls and floors were opened up, and there were only a few minor bumps encountered. Damon worked tirelessly with all the contractors to ensure our family was back in the home for the holidays and he worked with everyone to keep the surprises less than 3% of the budget. Overall, Renen and Damon together delivered a great looking remodel and second story that looks like it was always part of the home. They were great to work with and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any size project.

We had an amazing experience with Precision. Our project comprised second story addition and complete home renovation! We had to move out of the house for three months and the project was completed in total of 5 months!!! We want to thank Renen, Damon, Adam and the whole team behind it! Great job and great experience we will reccomend them without hesitation!
