Chase Bank

Very friendly service considering we do not have a banking account with Chase. We have the Sapphire card, which is Chase, but have experienced branches that will not provide change for large bills because you technically don't have an account. I was blown away at the kindness here. I simply needed red envelopes for the lunar New Year and some $2 bills to put into them. Account or not, we had two people helping us find $2 bills in really good condition and give us as many envelopes as we needed.. What a chill place that really goes above and beyond to help someone who has the someone who has the "measly Sapphire card" & uses common sense to treat them as a valued valid Chase brand customer tomer. Thanks for the help!

I was there on Saturday at 1:40 and the banker said closing in 20 minutes and didnt do my wiring transfer, 20 minutes before closing, unacceptable

Had an appointment with Brandon Thomas at 12PM today that was set up online. I was there right at 12. Let the teller know I was there and he told me he would let him know. Waited 10, went up to the same teller and he said he let him know. Waited another 10 minutes and he was a no show. Worthless customer service and the loss of several million dollar account opening.
