    This apartment complex is clean, safe, and conveniently located! It is perfect for my needs as a college student. Jenni was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. It is easy to communicate with her and other staff via phone or the renter portal.

    WORST leasing office I have ever dealt with. Never responds to calls or emails. Despite the amount of times I have reached out about a concern I have in my apartment, they have never tried to resolve it. I tried to be as patient as possible and hold off leaving any negative reviews, but I think this has gone too far. My apartment is located above Sprinkles and there is a loud vibrating/buzzing noise going on all day that makes me unable to sleep. It has been a year since I moved in and having to deal with this noise but the leasing/management team refuses to do anything about it. I have tried calling and emailing the leasing office countless times, and even tried speaking to the manager of Sprinkles. Leasing offered to let me move to another unit since my lease is coming up, but I have reached out to them about it to get details numerous times again and continue to be left ignored. The only helpful person is Julian, the maintenance person, who comes over to fix things, but this issue was out of his control. DO NOT rent here if you want a leasing team that listens and addresses your concerns. Whats even weirder is that they have the time to post on their Facebook page multiple times a week, but do not have the time to address resident concerns.

    Amazing Location, Horrible Leasing Office. Found ROACHES in our apartment the day we moved in and it has been 3 months and nothing is resolved. We had pest control come over, but nothing got resolved. The property has not been picking up the phone for 2 months. We were told by the maintenance team that there is a new property manager, but they do not pick up the phone. The emergency contacts are not working. No possibility to reach anyone but the maintenance, who are trying the best they can. Until the leasing office is doing a better job I would not recommend sacrificing peace for this location
