        DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! completely unprofessional. I never received my order that I was suppose to pick up at the store and still have not received a refund. Just the run around . Trust me go somewhere else.

        First and last time coming to this store went in to buy a pair of shoes there was 3 girls and none of them had customer service none of them greeted or helped out with finding a shoe size worst customer service ever

        Walked in ready to buy a few pair of shoes, and it's the worst customer service EVER. I walked in around 230pm on Wednesday afternoon and it was completely empty, and all 5 associates didn't help me. I asked for help and they all "pretended" to be busy walking around doing nothing, so I walked out and went to Khols and bought a few pair of shoes for my kid there.....thanks for nothing.
