I give them 5 plus stars. I called Rooter Hero regarding a possible water leak under my home. George came to my home to assess the problem. Upon his assessment, he not only determined that I indeed had leaking pipes, but that I also had a gas leak near the water leak. Yikes! He immediately turned off the gas, for which I am grateful. He determined that I needed to replace all of the original cast iron pipes in my 90 year old home. George and Francisco, showed pictures of the leaks, explained in detail what needed to be done, how they were going to do the job and in terminology that I understood. Needless to say it was major undertaking. There was clean-up needed prior to the start of the project, digging to easily access and replace the new pipes. George and his Crew started the job on Friday and completed the job today. I must add, that they also worked on the weekend. I am very pleased with quality of their work, punctuality and professionalism. They removed all of the old pipes and debris, and left the outdoor area as they found it.
