They are all very nice, but I dont think Id return. Paid $40 for a gel pedicure, got cut 3 times, on 3 different toes, and was still asked for a tip.

This nail shop is a joke. I came in yesterday after work. The shape was decent. However, when it came time to do design, that's when the issues began they did not offer the rhinestones I wanted. She then offered to use a different rhinestone, and I agreed and confided in her abilities. The color I wanted was a matte color. They let me know that they apply a top coat to make the color matte. This is one of the key issues that really messed up the design. The woman decided to apply the rhinestones on top of the top coat that was matte which if properly done the glue could be concealed under the rhinestones however this lady applied heavy amounts of glue which created texturing on the nail that was drastically contrasting the matte color. I would argue that the glue looked more prominent than the rhinestones themselves(as seen in photo) I wear glasses and have very poor vision. Light significantly impacts my ability to see finer details due to having bilateral cataract surgery. When I saw the nails in the light in the car, I was in disbelief. How could I have paid for this? Having been to nail salons regularly, I knew that a legitimate business would acknowledge the problem and repair at no cost. I came in after work today and explained my problem with it. The lady agreed to fix only the rhinestones that fell off (despite) the heavy glue and I had to remind her that texturing has occurred and would need to be shaved and repainted she refused and said I liked it yesterday. I also told her I'd prefer not to wait an hour due to my responsibilities to my child whom I have to pick up and would prefer a refund since the nails could not be repaired in a timely manner she refused a refund which to me isn't the issue I'll wait if I have to but it was the lack of accountability of her horrible work she then began raising her voice at me. Let me tell you never in my 30 years of life have I ever had any customer service worker scream at me. I felt very disrespected and disappointed. I am very big on principles. The principle of the matter is if the work is bad, you should either refund or re do. I asked her to call the owner and see what his opinion was of the matter. He agreed with me to her suprise that she was in the wrong and the whole nail set should be re done as he saw on FaceTime. Thank you to the owner and shame on you to the manager (his wife Ana) for screaming at a customer and choosing to look away and unacknowledge the problem. Pride will hinder your ability to learn and grow as a company. Edit after owner response: i paid for design i got a basic redone and im seeking revenge? I was satisfied but im telling you im not? You see the picture and no comment on the horrible work? weird and disappointing? Oh and if its more than you offer why do it?
