VCC: The Gary Center

My Dr had recommended getting acupuncture from the Dr Gary. I have been in pain a very long time and had acupuncture previously with no solution and still in pain. I had my first session two weeks ago and I was in shock after I finished. From the time I got up I felt NOTHING ! For the first time in nearly one year I am pain free ! I will continue to go to VCC.

I tried making an appointment and they strive their best saying they welcome anyone yet their receptionist was rude and said they only take "established" patients and not welcoming any new patients.

Employees are rude! Been trying to get an appointment to refill medication but none available until 1 month.

I get my P. consult via Telemedicine from Dr. Patel. If your needs require 45 minutes, you will be accommodated (by appointment). Nominate him for a Nobel prize in Medicine. The staff are helpful, especially Arline with a refreshing sense of humor. Our communities can build on a team like her.

My appointment was at 8 in the morning... I arrived 10 minutes early... to which they scolded me for arriving early and made me wait at 8 in the morning on the street until they opened the clinic.. wait at 8 opened between... it was like 20 minutes after 8... When I approached because they called me at 8:20 they scolded me because I have to arrive earlier (I didn't understand anymore) and I told them very upset that I had arrived early... they didn't even apologize. The receptionists are very despotic I felt a heavy attitude as if they were doing me a favor by serving methen it took almost 3 months to finish my complete dental cleaning in 4 appointments, I paid $220 in total regular cleaningthey suggested I get dental fillings but They never gave me an appointment again (because there weren't any). .. I've been waiting 6 months for my appointment.. but of course I better look for another place... the dentist and the attending doctors were kind, however... my bad experience was with the women at The reception is always bad humor and angry face.I didn't want to go back
