Dr. Chester Jeng, DDS

I have had so many horrible experiences with dentists, as have my friends. There are a lot of dentists out there that will screw you over or not take your concerns seriously. Not Dr. Jeng! The care I've gotten here is fantastic. I trust them and their judgment. They do not do unnecessary procedures and then try to bill you because insurance denied. I've moved several times and I still come here. At the moment it is an hour drive from my house. Worth it! I even changed insurance when they stopped accepting my old one! I feel bad because I often find Dr. Jeng answering calls. What doctor answers front office calls? I've worked with many and most feel it's beneath them, but not Dr. Jeng, he has an amazing work ethic and really cares about his patients.

I am always greeted by the friendly staff when I enter the office and even though Dr. Jeng is busy, he always asks me about my life. I've been coming here to get my teeth cleaned and eventually for braces and my wisdom teeth removal! Their staff is trustworthy and efficient and both Dr. Jeng and Lee are competent, caring, and personable.

I have been going her since I was 10 years old. My wife was in a car accident and need a tooth repair. We called told them we are running 5 -10 minutes behind we were told it's fine. We got a call saying it's been 10 minutes and they canceled our appointment and said there 11 o clock arrived at 10:40. Highly disappointed.

I saw Dr. Jeng a few months ago for a root canal that was done at a dental school but it kept bothering me.  He redid the root canal and crown and it's been pain free since.  Dr. Jeng is very gentle and his assistant Alfonso is so nice.  Thank you Dr. Jeng!

I don't like the fact that they put me with Dr Lee his wife or any other doc when I wanted to have my treatment with Dr Jeng. All the time I had the filling and scaling by the doctor other than Dr Chester Jeng was unsatisfactory. I still feel the unpolished filling particles between my tooth. Years ago, I really loved how Dr Chester Jeng treated me but lately every time I made an appoint, they insisted me to place with other doctor against my wishes and I didn't like the outcome.
