I am overjoyed to write this review for our real estate agent, Ben Kelly. Working with him was nothing short of an excellent experience. Ben has set the bar very high for what we now expect from a real estate agent. We could not have been more pleased with Ben Kelly and his team as they assisted us in selling our townhouse in Pasadena. Ben is a seasoned, meticulous professional who provided us excellent advice in preparing and staging our property. Ben and his team managed all details of the pre-market prep as well as open houses (in COVID times). Because of Ben and his team, we ended up selling the property well over $60k more than what another realtor had estimated it would sell for. We have no doubt that if we ever have additional real estate needs, Ben will be the first person we'll contact.

Ben is absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend! Ben is super knowledgeable about the La Canada area (grew up here) and is well connected. We were able to buy a house that we love, and it was 100% thanks to Ben. We were faced with an extremely competitive market environment, but Ben, through his network, was able to find us a great house off-market. Bidding in a competitive market, as well as buying a house off-market, involves a great deal of hand holding. We felt that we were in great hands and were able to make well-informed decisions.
