        Turns out I did reply on 2 December to the billing email account and then followed up with a phone call on 8 December. Both of which were ignored. Dropping it back to one star. Great work on the emergency service request. not so much when trying to initiate a conversation about the subsequent billing issues.

      Earlier today you provided a screenshot of your response. I could not find it in our email base. Turns out it was in our spam folder. I can only imagine how frustrating that must of been to not get your answers. Sorry that your email went to our spam folder and we did not see it. We have serviced you for three years, and from our records this is the first time you’ve been dissatisfied. Thank you for saying we did great on our emergency service.We truly are a family owned and operated business that does care about its customers and community.
