McDonald's

The order was correct but everything was cold - the fries were not edible cold and soggy- and my iced coffee was room temperature, no ice. Definitely won't stop here again. Do not recommend.

I crave fries over in awhile and when I do I try to enjoy McDonald's. I proceeded to drive thru and placed an order with 2 late fries. I get to the window, the cashier repeated my order with 1 large fries and I corrected him with 2 fries. He hands me the bag I drove off. I should have checked but because I corrected him I assumed the order was correct. So I looked in the bag when I got home and wouldn't you know it, I only got I large fries. Sooo irritating these young people don't take pride in what they do. I know it's just fast food but that's exactly my point, it's simple and if you can't get a simple thing done. I don't know what else to say.

Worst experience ever, store#22694 kettleman city!!!! Should have gone to in n out instead. No meat in my sons unhappy meal , literally a cheese burger bread and cheese. Shorted 11 nuggets from a 40pc . Soggy and cold fries, which I just spit up. This was just 30min ago, corporate will hear about this incident. Also seen a employee drop cones on the floor and still use them to serve customers, I wonder how much bacteria was on the packaging when placed into the cone holder. Straight out disgusted

Mostly the order person lacked all empathy. I asked for an ice cream cone. She said we don't have ice cream. I reacted by saying how much it sucks that I was stuck in the middle of a long line and now had to wait through to get out. Also she kept coming back and saying just a minute. I'll take your order. For 8 minutes before delivering this bad news that there was no ice cream. Clearly she's dealing with a lot of customers and maybe this was just a bad day but I left very disappointed and without any consolation. This was Sunday, April 10th around 1:00 p.m. 2022

Drive Thru had 1 of 2 lanes non-functional and no cones to indicate closure; nasty car backing out situation. Inside ordering was easy at kiosk. Food correctly prepared. Asked about cups for drinks from lady handing out meals, she said, "He will get it for you". However "he" was taking orders and had customers. I had to ask HIM for cups. Other customers had similar circumstances.
