They not post notices about patients right to request a "good faith estimate". Run by money-grubbing bureaucrats who send huge surprise medical bills a month or more later with "last chance to pay", and if you miss that one payment, they ding your credit. &*^)*ghf5

Literally writing this from my gurney in the ER. This place deserves zero stars. I had a hysterectomy a week ago at Kaiser in Riverside. Today I had some serious abdomen distension, unable to use the toilet along with bleeding. Kaiser said to go to nearest ER with without being to TMI, this level of post surgical constipation can be dangerous. I already suffer from diagnosed gastro issues. After a CT scan, they deemed me fine and discharged me with no real pain control or medication/help for severe constipation. The doctor told me to go pick up some OTC meds. I explained I'm post op hysterectomy and not been cleared to drive yet. So instead of administering me these meds right here to give me relief until I can get a Walmart delivery or drive myself, his decision was to tell a patient to figure out how to get to a store on her own to get meds that they could of administered in the ER. This place has clearly earned the horrible reputation that it has.

I truly wish that it was possible to leave zero Stars. This is by far the worst medical facility I've ever been to. My wife and kids were in a severe car accident that totaled our vehicle. My stepson ended up with a broken clavicle. All they did was throw an arm splint on him and sent him home without pain meds... He's only 13. Then the specialist that they referred us to to repair the clavicle denied us. When I contacted the hospital to try to find out why things were handled the way they were, I was gaslighted by the staff that I spoke to calling my parenting into question. I asked what happened to the Hippocratic oath and the nurse/doctor I was speaking to didn't even know what I was talking about. I've read all the reviews and I'm not interested in a fake apology because an apology without action is simple manipulation!
