While on vacation a headlamp on our vehicle burned out. We grabbed the replacement from the Auto Zone in Yucca Valley and stopped in on the chance Monument Motors could squeeze us in. The gentleman at the front desk came out to see how complicated the replacement would be and if he had space in their schedule to squeeze us in. It was a convoluted route to get to the bulb, but he got out a tool and set to work on it right there. Within 15 minutes he had us back on the road with two working headlights! Thank you for their kindness and expertise!!

Far from "small town service." These guys are just lobbyist government contractors who refuse to even work on a vehicle for a local. Their office is even decorated like a cheap airbnb some angeleno built in 2015. Smh.

Took my car in a couple weeks ago. Spent over $1500 and issues were not resolved. Had to get the car towed back to the shop. They refused to return calls after three days. (I should have taken it to a Mercedes dealership to begin with.) I highly dont recommend. I still dont have my car.
