New York Fitness

I've enjoyed every year that l've been a member with New York Fitness from as long as I can remember. NYF has been a great place to unwind from a busy work day or just to have some clarity from cardio to simply hitting some weights. Everyone there from other members to employees are always friendly and welcoming to help in any way. From great machines, a friendly face to a great pump. New York Fitness's got it. Sean and his family are always seeking ways to improve the gym for us and that goes a long way for small county family. If you need a "no judgement, come as you are" kinda gym this is definitely one those.

When they first opened the front desk person took their time to show me around the new space, what was there, and what was to come. The new location provides much more light and it feels incredibly clean.

Best gym in town. Deadlift mats, lots of squat racks, and other great equipment! Also open 24 hours!

Im sad to report this, but even after direct communication with the owner- there was no acknowledgment of having double billed me, promising they would change their rate when they moved, and the questionably legal contract they ask you to sign (which I was never able to confirm actually complied with California state law). Instead Im probably out an additional several hundred dollars due to all of these factors. They are no better if not worse than any standard gym, and now no amenities. Save your money and go anywhere else.
