I went to them for help, being under so much stress, I Accidentally canceled a payment, I took an hour and a 1/2 drive to Make the Payment and to Show Proof That the Next Payment Went in After. They kept a $500 payment in there account and kept denying that they had the payment this went on for 2 months while my case sat dormant. I felt they Discriminated me because of my nationality. Also when I sat in the office trying to show proof from my bank they threatened to call the police on me. 2 weeks later I received a check from the firm for the 500.00, but I still will report them to the state board. No one she be treated that way. I will never Recommend a firm that has Paralegal working with one attorney.

I want to start by acknowledging a hard truth: Many people leave a marriage, child support case, or child custody battle feeling unhappyunless, of course, you're the prevailing party. Attorney David Foyil is bound by the laws of California and the federal courts (including bankruptcy and immigration laws) and, crucially, by the facts of each case. Clients sometimes hinder their own cases by not cooperating, which can be frustrating for both them and their attorney. When clients are angry and emotional (which is completely understandable, given the circumstances), they may not always see their attorney as the person trying to guide them through the legal system; instead, they may see them as someone enforcing compliance with the law. It's important to remember that attorneys are not magicians, no matter how much they might wish they were. David Foyil relies on his 29 years of expertise in family law, probate, civil, immigration, and bankruptcy to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. However, sometimes the best possible outcome is not exactly what the client had hoped for. Many of the reviews on this site are from angry opposing parties or individuals the attorney never represented, who are upset because they were unsuccessful against him. There's even a review from a disgruntled former employee who was terminated for not meeting the attorney's high standards. These reviews do not accurately reflect Attorney Foyil's dedication to his clients and his professionalism. I have been advised by David Foyil in a parentage case, three child support cases, one guardianship, and will soon be advised in a civil complaint. I strongly recommend him to friends and family. My friend was helped through his divorce by David Foyil, my sister used him in her own paternity case, and my parents have used him for estate planning. I will continue to use him for all my legal needs. Overall, I highly recommend Attorney David Foyil for his dedication to his clients and his extensive legal knowledge.
