        I am writing this review after an extremely disappointing experience at this check cashing establishment. I had been assured that they would be able to cash my COVID-19 relief check. However, when I arrived with the check in hand, I was informed that they could not, in fact, cash it. This misinformation not only wasted my time but also caused significant inconvenience, as I had been relying on these funds. It is unacceptable for a business to provide incorrect information about such a crucial service during these challenging times. The staff seemed indifferent to my situation and offered no viable solutions or alternatives. This lack of customer service and empathy was disheartening. I would strongly advise others to seek out more reliable and customer-focused check cashing services. I regretfully rate this establishment one star due to the misinformation provided and the subsequent inconvenience caused.

        California Check Cashing lied to me on the phone that they could cash my rent relief check on the spot, but when I drove four hours to their store, they would not. They said it would take 10 days for my check to clear, which would make me miss my rent deadline. They had no compassion or respect for my situation. I was stranded in Jackson California. My landlord allocated gas money for my driver out of the rent money to which now we could not use. Anyways, They were very rude and nasty. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me $540.00 They are a scam and a crook. Do not ever use their service!

        The two ladies that are using in the office, when I come in , our two beautiful ladies and of course I forget their name. Totally they do what they have to do for covering your company at the best that they can. They are the friendliest prettiest looking, cleanest. Ladies that I've ever seen give them a raise
