No actual doctors in office, just student doctors. And they take forever to send rxs over for refill. I really will we had a real doctor here.

DO NOT COME HERE. Everything about this office is a mess. From having to call Sacramento for an appointment, to when you DO get an appointment it gets cancelled and transferred to a televisit at the same copay and billing as a regular appointment. My wife has been trying to get in to see Dr. Hall for a problem that needs to be seen in person for since December and still nothing. This is something that can't be done over the phone (tests, etc). They obviously don't care about their patients. I guess we need to spend another 4 months to get an appointment somewhere else. I hope it's not cancer. So much for early detection! We can't even find a doctor that is taking new patients. AGAIN, DO GOT GO HERE!

I have had an exceptional experience with the Drs I have seen especially Dr. Hall who has been an amazing advocate for me throughout my health journey with spinal issues. Also cant give enough praise to the receptionist Tiffany who has literally been there for me every instance I needed. For those having issues with medications its often not the Drs that are causing your medications to be withheld, or delayed, its your insurances, and the pharmacies. This is a big problem not just for you, but the Drs and pain teams trying to help you.

I was told by the call center that I could come in for a walk-in for a simple condition requiring a prescription of antibiotics, but when I arrived I was told that was not an option during the hours provided by the call center.

I have used this clinic for about 4 years. I take two medications that cause withdrawal if I miss them. EVERY.SINGLE MONTH. they fail to refill my meds on time. I have been through withdrawal 12 times because of this. They are a patient mill that try to get your in for as many appts as possible. Frauds
