        Ordered an 8 piece Family Meal. Chicken skin was so tough it couldnt be bitten or chewed or eaten. Didnt want potatoes and gravy, so was told I could have a lg coleslaw in exchange, which I DID NOT get. Did not get a tag showing total chg to my CC. Was told 4 biscuits would be extra 10 minutes, but it took 25 minutes. Very upset. Usually I love KFC

        They forgot my gravy, can you believe it mashed potatoes and no gravy. Tried to call can't get a number. This was KFC Jackson, CA So sorry.

        Been living here for years everytime i go here its the same thing. Food is reheated chicken dry as hell and they always forget to give me part of my order.
