We had more people sign-up for our current challenge than the total number of people who signed-up all of last years challenges combined. Thats a combination of efforts including Topflight's. All of last year, our clients hated the website. The first website never functioned as expected, so we talked with our previous developers constantly. With the website that Topflight built, we only hear rave reviews. We havent had any complaints about functionality, so they did an amazing job. Topflight provides quality work and communicates exceptionally well. Those are their top two qualities, which I care about most. Theyre also innovative. Their team wanted to brainstorm in order to build a product that brought their knowledge and our vision together.

Our biggest goal was getting a working app launched, which they did. They also launched data analytics. Everything works well, and even though weve had some minor bug issues, Topflight went in and fixed those. Theyve been good about staying on top of everything and getting us a working project. Their project management is excellent. We communicate on Slack and ClickUp. Ive been impressed because any time they've had the opportunity to pass blame, they havent. Theyve taken responsibility for anything that might have been on their end, and theyve been incredibly professional. Theyre great at admitting when theyre wrong and at fixing issues. Everyone on their team is high-quality. Topflight must have a good hiring process because they have a standard of quality thats upheld by every person on their team, which is impressive.

My partner and I decided early on to have our app and corresponding business portal developed through an app development company versus hiring an in-house development team. I initially connected with Topflight Apps to discuss our project. From the beginning Topflight made sure to really understand the concept we had for our company. The company helped us get past some pretty large hurdles and made sure the development was always aligned with our vision of the company. When we had a minor discrepancy in billable hours, Topflight made sure the issue was corrected immediately. Topflight has always been on point as far as communication. So many tech companies I have worked with in the past were not very good at communicating and that made it very difficult to complete a project. I have worked with multiple tech companies for various services, and I must say that Topflight Apps is at the top of my list. Commitment, integrity and patience are very important traits and Topflight possesses all of them. We plan to continue utilizing Topflight as we grow our business and consider them very valuable partners.

"We hired Topflight to fix the multiple, repeated crashes in our iOS/iPadOS medical app. The app is complex, with many screens and an expert system running in the background to produce a report. The Topflight team first took on the challenge of fixing the crashes, and then we tasked them with completing the app, which was about 75% complete when they started. We now have a finished beta app that is stable and no longer crashes - a major accomplishment. The Topflight team is a pleasure to work with. They are technically competent, creative problem solvers, great communicators, sensitive to schedules and deadlines, careful not to overpromise/under deliver, and cognizant of financial/budget considerations.
