This team is amazing!  I got an appointment easily and they made the whole process seamless.  I brought my two young kids with me and they were extremely patient and kind to the younger clientele.  There are many options out there for care, but I feel like I have found an eye doctor for the long term here.

I have been going to this location to renew my contacts since 2018. I moved to IE from OC a few years ago to start grad school but I still come here to renew my contacts because the team has taken great care of me. I wanted to write a review this year since what Daniel did for me was outstanding. The manufacturer of my astigmatism contacts had been back-ordered for 4 months and they only shipped half of my contacts. During these 4 months of waiting, Daniel went out of his way to get trial contacts bi-weekly and drove all the way to IE, and dropped them off at my house. Yesterday I was driving to the store to pick up my contacts but was stuck in traffic for 3 hours due to the construction on the 91 freeway. I thought I can't make it on time, but he told me he will stay at the store until I come to pick up my contacts. I ended up being an hour late and I felt really bad. But he was very patient with me and I cannot find a better guy like Daniel! I highly recommend this place!

I have used this place as my optometrist for several years.  I think they perform a good exam and are nice.  Because they are nice even though I pay a little more for contacts here than I might at discount places I would purchase my contacts through them.  However, this year they have said there is an all around contact shortage and my contacts would take one to two months.   I was using my glasses, using my daily contacts for two days and using the samples they provided that were not exactly my prescription in order to make it until I could receive my contacts.  I ordered just a few from another website and received them shipped to me in two days.  They are more concerned that you buy the contacts through then then they are that you get the contacts in a timely stress free manner.  I asked them for a refund for my order which they did provide.  However, they have lost my trust, my respect and my future business.
