I absolutely recommend Advance Eyecare. Dr. Matthew Wang, O.D. has been my optometrist for several years now. Im completely satisfied with his professionalism and an amazing office staff. Anyone looking for an optometrist, look no further. Ive been pleased with their service and Im sure you will be too. Joanne is VERY knowledgeable about insurance. Shes been great at making sure I receive any and all benefits I qualify for. Thank you for everything youve done for me and my daughter.

The best experience Ive had! Both Dr. Wangs are personable and friendly. Ive always felt rushed at other places but they really take their time to fully examine your eyes. The staff was very welcoming as well! Shoutout to Kat for being super helpful and making the whole process go by smoothly!!

Ive been going to Advanced Eyecare Optometry fir 5+ years and love this practice! The whole team is 100% professional, respectful, and a hapoy group. The Optometrists very skilled & use very new and updated equipment. They take their time and explain things patiently as needed, as do the administration team in regards to insurance etc (often communicating ways to get the best timing fir insurance coverage). Theyre even great at helping select eyewear that looks nice. Recently, I had a pair of older driving glasses that needed to be fixed asap - and Matt (one of the Optometrists) fixed them for me in a Saturday! I could not be more grateful. I have recently had additional family members get established with this team as well; they are also very happy with the service. I highly recommend them!

I always receive one of the most thorough eye exams ever when I come here. Dr. Wang is highly knowledgeable, yet easygoing. They offer neurolens / prism lenses here. Honestly, I got so upset at one of the front desk girls, I almost didn't want to come back. The girl who doesn't pronounce English well..she has a terrible attitude, cuts you off, and once she made a mistake on my invoice, and didn't even double-check, just cut me off and argued with me. KATHERINE has EXCELLENT customer service. Katherine made it right. I also work in customer service, so I know the value of patience, a friendly tone of voice, and listening more than talking over people. I guess I will still come back because the doctor is good and he's close to me. But wow, the attitude from that other girl ... she doesn't fit the friendly personality of everyone who works there.
