Orange County Video Surveillance was excellent. Bobby was excellent, very prompt and professional. He explained and demonstrated the camera system on his iPad. The video and playback is clear and the software is very easy to use. Thank you very much for your help with our security DVR system.

We had 44 cameras installed in our warehouse and office space. This crew of technicians were highly professional from start to finish! They brought in a scissor lift to install the wires in the Warehouse. They performed the installation without any disruption to our business and the entire installation went without a hitch. Alex the owner of the company and the 4 technicians were all very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful while working in our office. You guys are a great company to work with!

I normally do not write reviews because I usually am not that impressed with very many companies. Orange County Video Surveillance is different. I selected this company because of their many 5 star reviews. I called the company and spoke with Alex. He scheduled a visit to our home, assessed what we had (14 old black & white cameras) and what he recommended. The estimate was quite fair. I said yes, he scheduled the installation, he and his staff arrived on time and did a wonderful install. Then Bobby spent a good amount of time teaching me how to use the new system.

If there were more than 5 stars I would give it. My initial call was answered promptly with complete information. Bobby came out to recommend camera locations, showed a demo and was very polite. We upgraded a system with 28 new security cameras and Uniview NVR. All the techs were professional and the cameras looked great.

Alex and Bobby are both amazing! Unlike every other contractor they always called and emailed me back as promised. This company has integrity and all the employees genuinely care about your satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with this team! If you need security surveillance cameras then this is the company to go with!
