JAGDISH contacted us collected information on properties and started working right away. He inspected the properties and arranged for minor repairs and painting so that flats are suitable to present it to prospective buyers. He arranged general power of attorney , property registration and selected CPA Saikumar Yadavilli to get LTDC approval. We agreed to get sales proceeds by check only. He sold both the properties and met our expectations. JAGDISH is process oriented and looks after both seller and buyer interests. He is very good communicator and honest person. i have called them all week between 8-3 and nothing. i was looking into there listing and no one is picking up. so far they are horrible and i wouldn't look into anything of thiers if you're in a hurry

I worked with Hanu Reddy Realty to list a rental property in 2023. Steve and Vicky were responsive, efficient, and effective. They made everything easy from listing, to reviewing tenants, and answering all our questions throughout the process. Steve and Vicky were amazing. Got top dollar for our property far above expectations. They took care of everything. If we needed them they were always available. The strategy they used was genius. We had two open houses and didnt have to have numerous groups coming through our home.

As a first time homebuyer, I was really daunted by the process and it could have been extremely overwhelming had it not been for Sandy Tang! She really listened to what I was looking for and some of my criteria and she definitely helped me figure out what was feasible for my budget and didn't send me absurd listings outside of my price range (like others did). She worked really well with my lender and took care of all hiccups along the way to make it as easy as possible. She offered really great insight and sent me resources that I needed and just generally went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated her so much! We've stayed in touch since closing as we are looking to upgrade in the future and I cannot wait to work with her again.
