To sell a house is a stressful headache thing for most of the people. Especially when you did not know how long this situation will last as you may contribute to but not fully control to shorten the stressful process. For me, my aim is to a fast finish selling and buying afterwords. So I know I need a professional team with real good achievements on the real market also they need to have rich experience on same value of my house. I had thought it should be a hard finding as the market is in the coldest period in which I need to sell and buy. While I just make one phone call and the decision was made. I know she is the one I am looking for. Professional, experienced, strong team, even for complicated cases, and very good achievements in real markets. The result is only 3 weeks on market, then in escrow with a fast finish. Only 19 days I bought a new house. Cindy is very acknowledgable in controlling the rhyme of the process, at the same time the team will pay attention to every details. In my house area, 3 open houses at the same time, Cindys signs of open house was like a red long river, totally overwrite others sign in amount and color. It was very eyeball attractive.
