        UPDATE: Day 8 still no ability to schedule an appointment for my maintenance request. Online request doesnt work. Call center doesnt work. So called property manager doesnt follow through. UPDATE: You respond to negative reviews inside of 45 minutes but ignore repairs requests for weeks on end. This shows that you are more concerned with image and damage control than you are actually managing property. I have emailed my concerns to the email you provided multiple times. Everything except for negative reviews goes ignored. ORIGINAL: Terrible company. My old property managers were amazing & they got replaced by this terrible company. I dont think they employ any English speaking employees in the United States. Everything is outsourced and mismanaged. For tenants there is no support, no management & no response from Fairgrove.

        We recently moved into a property managed by Fairgrove. At first we were concerned by reading some reviews, however once moving in weve only had great experiences. Rachel Darr, our property manager, has been incredibly kind and responsive whenever weve reached out - we had some maintenance requests upon moving in and she dealt with them promptly (within a day). You can tell she really cares about her tenants and fostering a positive living experience. Additionally, Doug came to do the maintenance on the property and he is just the best!! He addressed all our concerns and truly took his time fixing everything to ensure it was the best it could be. We are really happy with our experience so far.

        I want to thank Fairgrove property Management. Because I had to call for help to resolve something that had to do with my rental contract... I was very good under the service of Gino Arvelo, he knew how to help me, he was respectful and kind, he is a professional person and I give him 5 stars, thank you Mr Gino Arvelo.
