Another 1 star review here.... So the maintenance team entered my unit without permission stole my stuff, and now denying it when it's on video. Turned in my keys and moved out, and now it's been over a month to get my deposit back, which by law they have 21 days. Straight ridiculous!

Why cant you get ahold of anyone, I have emailed, messaged, called to many times to count. I just want to get an appointment to come in/information. Some people actually have jobs and cant just come to the office and hope they are there. Especially when the office is only open during regular working hours i.e the same hours I work, so I would have to take time off to come in. At least if I could get an appointment to come in/ told what documents to bring or the requirements it could make things easier. Just answer the phone or actually give an appointment when u request one on the website.

I have lived in the same apartment since 2005, Aperto management is terrible and that's putting it mildly. Previous management were amazing. Aperto management do not answer phones, lock doors during office hours, I reported some horrible police activity and sent a letter to manager, my apartment building was surrounded by LAPD telling a tenant to come out with hands up. I spoke to the LAPD and they have no record of who to contact here. When you call the office over the weekend for emergency repairs it goods straight to General voicemail, no one to call. Really? I am a very disabled senior citizen and a woman who lives alone. At one time they came into my apartment, I was not home for the smoke alarm, whoever opened my front door and just let it fly open, breaking my collectable plates I have had for years, they were hanging on the wall, they just leave broken pieces laying around, I have a doll I git from Alaska that went missing, I have asked about my toilet to be fixed it rocks. The manager made a note of thus in front of me it's never been repaired. I have so many more issues and would love a call back. My phone number is listed at the office

Recently our apartment complex, Greenbriar Apartments, got under management of Aperto Property Management. They chose some apartments to remodel due to very bad conditions. Our apartment was choosen as well. But, during 10 days of the renovation, the tenants are suffering terrible conditions: they have to leave apartment by 8am and are not allowed to come in until 5pm, everything should be packed in boxes and stay in the middle of rooms. Management don't provide the tenants with accommodation for the dates. Tenants are complaining that some are with kids, pregnant, after surgery or with other medical issues, old, or weak. But the office management is intimidating them by canceling renovation in their apartment that really needs repair. These tenants are in despair.
