Absolutely incredible Property Management company! Truly the best weve ever worked with! Consider yourself lucky if you get to be one of their tenants or landlords. Incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and follow through on everything for which theyve promised. Great company!

Weve been using Up Property Management (now Up Realty) for 5 years. Weve only had 1 tenant thanks to these folks. Chris and his team were fantastic from the start. Heres a few reasons why I love their service: 1) Pricing is very reasonable. 2) They have a professional candidate sourcing and verification process. We initially had 3-4 good candidates, and we could see all the important information a landlord would need to make the decisions. But heres where Up Realty added even more value: they provided consultative guidance in deciding in a new candidate. Their suggestion wasnt our first pick, but Im glad we listened to these guys. Weve had the same fantastic tenants for the last 5 years and they just signed for a 6th! 3) They manage all the funds and provide a nice monthly and year-end tax statement. 4) They are quick to handle tenant needs & repairs. We rarely hear about such things (and we prefer it that way). We just let this team manage the property and collect the check. All in all, this team is top notch. Highly recommend.
