FirstService Residential - Irvine

I've been calling First Service with questions and keep getting transferred to Welcome Link where I have been dealing with the absolute rudest and sarcastic person by the name of Mark. Not sure exactly how these two companies are related but somehow First Service transfers the calls over there as a call center or something and they are the worst people I have ever dealt with, no customer service what so ever. Very disappointing. Update - just called back again to First Service Residential - spoke to Jaz and was hung up on.

I can honestly say that I am happier than I have ever been at any company I've worked for, and owe that to the genuine leaders and unique culture at FirstService Residential in Irvine. Many other companies I've worked for state their values on their website or once during orientation, but FirstService Residential leaders really do try to live and breathe them every day. Proud to work here.

This is the worst HOA ever! They do not solve the billing issue that I have with them and let it drag on when they just kept charging me late fee and interest on an error that due to their own billing system. When I called the customer service for billing dept, they just told me to fill in an online waiver. After I submitted the online request waiver (numerous times) there was no one on their end that get back to me and the amount on my bill kept going up. Whenever I called them again, they will ask me to resubmit and someone will get back to me within 48 hours, 2 business days. But I haven't heard back from anyone at all. Update: I called again, this time the customer service is very polite and took down my issue. Hopefully, she will be able to help resolve it.
