Don't apply with this company unless you are left with no options. And in that case, what do you have to lose, right?. But if you have options, please know their upper management are hypocritical, uncaring, and not worth your time or efforts.

Worst management company!! I have been experiencing discrimination ever since they took over my apartment complex Arbor View Apartments in Anaheim, currently under eviction after 13years of living here never been late on rent & my apartments upkeep is great! Property manager (Jasmine Sanchez) is RACIST! She is moving out long lived tenants & black people & moving in all latinos! I have been harassed by her from day1 of her becoming manager. She has worked continuously to provoke me as well as become friends with tenants to retaliate, create false violations for paper trails & served me an evictionvacating is one thing but to evict & refuse my rent, then sue me for legal fees/ unpaid rent & have an eviction follow me after 13 years (NO COMPLAINTS PRIOR TO HER EMPLOYMENT) is INSANE! I am the only tenant she enforces the lease rules on which she has change herself specifically for me before. She has towed my car from property as well as my visitors due to no visitors parking on the property. She photos of unauthorized cars & her visitors cars parked in her assigned parking spots. Trash area disgusting & unattractive to the property stayed for 2 weeks. She has 4 personal cars of her own parked on property. She does not follow the rules she enforces, only certain tenants. The poor treatment & discrimination is at an all time highSHE HAS TO BE STOPPED!
