Until you order and pay, everyone is friendly and helpful. With a production-related complaint, you are simply ignored. Absolutely cannot recommend this shed. There are others - better ones that produce really good goods.

HORRIBLE customer service! I had been ordering from this company for over a year now and never had to speak to someone as I did everything myself online. Well not this time! I had an issue and called customer service and spoke to a guy named John.. He did nothing to resolve my issue and made it a point to continuously remind me that it was my fault and I should take responsibility for my mistakes.. Who says that to a customer? I will not be giving this company my business anymore. Although they have good prices there workers lack what it takes for it to be worth the savings. Oh!! and before I spoke to him I talked to a girl who hung up on me.. So yeah.. Good luck with them. Next step is getting in touch with the owners.

I've used these guys 3 times now . Everything is great! price , shipping , turnaround . Couldn't be happier
