DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed a tank-less water heater from a reputable manufacturer in August 2020. The water heater has not worked properly since installation and the company has been very unhelpful and has strung us along for days. We have had them out one time to set the timer on the water heater when it was not done at the time of installation. If a water heater is allowed to run constantly, it will break down. Now, we do not have any hot water and the cold water just trickles out. They will sell you a product then claim they do not have enough workers to service the product if there is a problem. My parents are elderly and ill and must have water. Totally unacceptable. Service: Water heater installation

Never call this company for water heater repair or installation. a month ago they replaced new water heater for me.and then they said need to come back on next day to finish the job. I thought they gonna come back for sure.I paid off the total amount $3287.00 .after that they never show up. I called so many times. they never call me back! Service: Water heater repair

Horrible customer service. Was called an idiot by the female on the phone or it was a small child, hard to tell.
