        He came on time and connected pipes less than 30 minutes. It is good but he charged $295. Company told me labors cost is $125/hour. Parts was a small connecter. I dont think the part is $170 cost. I feel I got scammed.

        Had a clogged disposal that our maintenance wasnt able to fix - they hired bluefrog who sent over CJ & had it fixed in about 20 mins! Very grateful we had such amazing service with CJ. Very polite & efficient. Highly recommended. (: Below I added the before & after pictures!

        My roommate and I had a clogged disposal and our maintenance wasnt able to fix it. They hired CJ H. from bluefrog to fix the issue, and he did so in a quick and timely manner! Thank you CJ! Grateful we have our kitchen sink back in order.

      Hi Kenji! I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. A couple things to help clarify what happened on the confusion here - I just listed to your recorded phone call with the office. As the office mentioned, it’s a $125 service call fee that is waived and applied to the repair. We do not charge hourly rates. Our technicians are very well trained and knowledgeable in their trade with decades of experience which is why we charge a flat rate per job and not hourly. We installed a shut off valve and a bidet seat for you. Hope this helps! Happy Holidays!
