If you want pain management, you've come to the wrong place. Dr. Mills is technically competent but cares nothing about your pain other than how to make money from it. You can't even sit in his waiting room as he lines his patients up in the hallway outside his office for injections. Over a two year period I had two occasions that required stronger or more meds that I was currently taking. On one occasion I needed surgery to repair one shoulder and replace the other. Finally got an increase in meds after fighting with him for three months and he left me without pain meds for three days. The last occasion involved a herniated disk @L4. Dr. Mills refused to increase dosage or prescribe stronger meds despite a spiking blood pressure. Fortunately for me, the Nurosurgeon understood and took over my pain management. Whatever his reasoning is for being a doctor, I promise you it's not to manage your pain. Wouldn't let this guy work on my dog.
