They not able make a appointment for me on the desk for some reasin want me to go home.
i tried many time to call them for my monthly injection i gets very stressful though. hopying they will improve the service.
addendum: The patient advocate called me next day and fixed the problem, thanks!!

The place is nice, but the customer service and staffing is not. I waited an hour in the lobby from the time of check in. I watched them call other patients in before me who had appointments after mine was scheduled. Doesnt seem like they have it organized there and Im extremely disappointed. The location in Duarte is way better. I prefer to drive way a longer distance to the Duarte location than experience the service at the Irvine location.

Lennar has terrible level of care and service. This place is not ready (staffing, scheduling, etc) to support cancer patients. This is not a revew of the oncologists and doctors.
My wife started out in City of Hope (in Duarte). They are amazing at the Duarte facility... they exactly know what is going on with the patients, they call to schedule for treatments, MRIs, PET scans, blood work, doctor vists etc. Since CoH OC (aka: Lennar) opened up, we thought it would offer the same level of care and it was closer to us. Nothing could be further from the truth. The nurses at Lennar act as if they are doing patients a favor and are full of attitude. CoH Durate is complete opposite, their staff is caring and their focus is on the patient.
Lennar is completely opposite. They've spent millions on the looks and asthetics of their buildings, but absolute zero investment on how to take care of patients. Lennar's management should be replaced with transplants from CoH Duarte, as the latter knows what true patient care is.
