Akeso Occupational Health Irvine

Worst clinic ever cant get answers to a physical that I did. Left voicemail and emails through my profile but nobody will respond. I felt like a prisoner to their procedures not treated as a patient but as a probelm. I do not recommend to go here but I think they are paid by the County of Orange so good luck county workers. You are not a customer you are number. -

Totally disappointed. Even I got an appointment before going there, I had to wait more than 3 hrs. Bad thing was that people who sign in after me, got inside before me.

The staff at Akeso health is incredible! I have a horrible experience with shots (I pass out the majority of the time) and they were so accommodating and knew exactly how to handle someone with anxiety: let me lay down with feet raised, gave me an ice pack and sugared candy, and were as fast as possible with the injections. I highly recommend!

Called them at 8:30 am to make an appointment. I was told that I could come in asap but I could potentially wait up to an hour. I asked her I would rather not wait so what's a good time for an appointment when I won't wait. An Andrea gave me 1 pm appointment. I went in at 1 pm and waited an hour and a half to get in! Why did she give me that time if I had people ahead and I would still wait that long?! I honestly don't get it. Time is extremely valuable. I consider this behavior disrespectful. Appointment system is there in order NOT to keep people waiting.
