I recommend everyone do this! The program they offer keeps you accountable, focused and healthy! I have been coming to Dr. Breen and Cat, his awesome Nutricianist for over a year. I was heavy all around in life and they helped get me to where I am now! I had a checkup with my cardiologist20lbs down this year, blood pressure is 108/60 standing and my glucose is 90-110!! She told me that I have blood pressure like a competitove athlete! ( I do play pickleball a ton and will start doing tournaments soon! Goals) THANK YOU Dr. Breen, Center Staff and Cat!! You guys are Breens Dream Team!!!! OH AND she took me off of Hydrochlorithizide!!! Cat, you pushed me just how I needed. You were patient with all of my excuses. I needed support, patience and accountability. Remember, when I started with you, I did not want to change anything. I have since changed it all and feel great inside and out.

Amazing! I really cant think of a better word to describe Dr. Breen and his staff. The professionalism and patient care goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced in my life. This is a hands on operation every member of the staff is well informed and well tuned to patient needs. I have just began my journey to good health and a long life and this is the team that will get me there. They say knowledge is power. This may sound like an over exaggeration but I believe that Dr. Breen saved my life. I didnt know that I had serious cardiovascular issues until I came into the clinic. After reviewing my blood test Dr. Breen developed a plan of action for me. I have only been on the program for about 8 weeks but my latest blood test results were nothing short of miraculous. Dont get me wrong it takes work and everyone is different. Its not a sprint its a marathon. Life is precious. Take care of your health.

Its been almost a year since Ive been a patient at the Breen Center. I was referred to them by a friend because I was complaining that I just didnt have the energy that I used to. It did not seem to matter how I worked out or how well I thought I was eat. At first I thought that I would be uncomfortable diving into the details of my personal life. I quickly learned that they have by far one of the most amazing staffs anyone could ever ask for. They were truly concerned about my personal health. Today my energy levels feel the same as I remember in my early 20s. Whats even more impressive is my mental clarity. It allows me to stay more focused on my business and get work done faster so I can focus on what truly matters. Family. To anyone who is looking for a way out of the lack of energy and brain fog I would highly recommend Dr. Breen and his team of well trained staff.

This is the best place to go by far if you have any concerns about your health in any way shape or form. Dr. Breen has hands down changes my life for the better and I am a happier less anxious person now with perfect health and blood results.
