City Nails and Spa

It started out okay. They asked the basic questions of what i want. Once I said no Gel one of the women kept harassing me about it. I told her politely NO multiple times. She made a commitment that my polish won't last the day. This is upsetting because I rarely get my nails done and yes I know how Gel nails work. At this time I did not want them. Please respect the decision of your customer/client wishes. She then rushed through doing my nails. Once done she was like you have cash right ? I said no card. She was even more irritated with me. She put in for her tip with me service without letting me know. They did this also to the other person I was with. We just paid and left. I'm sure they have other talent there that have better service but the ones we got were not the ones.

Always love going back here. Tracy is the BEST and very nice nail technician here together with her sister. They're very friendly and accommodating. Im always satisfied whenever I come here. Thumbs up for her! Really good people and they really do their job so good.

I called earlier and the owner answered all I asked him was a simple question and he went off on me it was so bad that I told him I will take my business somewhere else he actually made me cry I will NEVER go get my nails done from them if that's how their attitude is I can't believe it he also hung up them kept calling me back ....for what? I'm not sure .

The guy with the blonde hair is the rudest person I've ever experienced at a salon. He talked to me like I was the dumbest person alive and wouldnt let me finish a sentence when he asked what i wanted, didn't get to pick my nail color (he picked it, even after i asked to see shades), and for all of this he charged me $60 for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with a dot gel design. That's INSANE pricing for what i got. I only went there because my sister in law got a full acrylic set with beautiful Christmas designs for $55 and recommended them. I'll never go back again and that guy needs an attitude adjustment. Services: Nail designs, Acrylic nails

First time- love love love James for acrylics and Lillian for toes and Ivy for hands. James did an amazing job on designs and ombré acrylic, instagram worthy Lillian is very patient and detail oriented.
