I could not be more pleased with the service, communication and efficiency that I received from Steve Sansone and Casey Finan at Acra Mortgage. They are incredibly professional and a delight to work with. They closed a loan I sent to them in 18 days from submission; a feat that I hate to impose on any lender, yet they took it all in stride. They were in constant communication with me and my processor throughout the process, and the realtor was so happy, that he sent me another transaction! I have spread the word about Steve and Acra at my company and I am so grateful that I found them; I have found my Non QM Home with them, and plan on sending them much more business in the future!

We just successfully funded an incredibly difficult loan with Van at Acra! We pulled in multiple streams of income, dealt with high DTI ratios and an almost impossible timeline but wer were successful in the end! This wouldn't have funded if it wasn't for Van....his patience, perseverance and creativity with programs made this happen. Forever grateful Van and will be coming to you with as many loans as possible!!!

I was working a Bk Stmt deal for several months with Stephen Salantri and Valerie Shields. There were times when we thought the deal was going south due to some challenging conditions. It wasn't really a pleasant experience, but Stephen and Valerie hung in and pushed and shoved until we got to CTC. I appreciate their efforts !
