This company is utterly horrible. They are very unorganized and their staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. If you're using them to secure a loan, I would try a different company.

Mostly it's the middle person that make bad transactions....they don't practice what they say

Run ! DO NOT send them loans they don't know what they are doing. Strung my seller along for 45 days only to send a denial letter. Horrible company they should not be in the mortgage business. NO stars

Very unprofessional company, i cant believe they are in business. 1. I have closed my loan with GenHome in January, after a month, in February i started getting calls from GenHome asking to provide my business current information (contracts, invoices) and bank statements, and they need to share it with their potential buyers whenever they try to sell my loan. When i was wondering why would i provide additional business information since we already closed the loan long ago, i got an attitude and I have been told, i signed it in my deed i will provide any information needed in the future. I told them i will cooperate only if they provide any legal ground for it. Then, the calls turned into harassing attitude threatening me by loosing my house if i do not share my business current state paperwork. Calls have stopped only after i asked to communicate with me in writing so i can forward it to my attorney. 2. After a while, when my loan was finally sold, the new loan service company have dropped my monthly payments for around $200 a month. Since my loan wasn't refinanced, my interest rate didn't change, my property tax or my HOA fee didn't change, i was very surprised my payments went down after GenHome sold my loan. Will not recommend anyone to have business with GenHome Mortgage Corporation. I will put Zero stars
