        Just closed my first renovation loan with AHL. I worked with Jessica Reynolds and she was extremely knowledgeable and diligent with regard to getting our loan approved. We have worked with other lenders but AHL was able to give us more leverage for comparable terms. I would highly recommend working with Jessica and AHL. Our loan was completed (application to closing) in appx 2 weeks!

        We transferred two difficult, DSCR loans to AHL from another lender. Working closely with the AE, Mike Moss, inside account managers and the underwriter, were able to close both loans in under 30 days. The communication and quick response during the loan process made the experience effortless. Their portal is easy to follow, and the "points stacking" places them head and shoulders above the competition.
